The Baseline team have combined for 45 years of experience in the institutional property management space, building AMH to a 50,000 home national portfolio and scaling operations, systems, and analytics to grow the portfolio to a market leader with $10B AUM. After scaling other ventures, we’ve reunited to launch Baseline to help fix home maintenance for property managers, investors, tenants, and soon homeowners.
