30 Day Free Trial

What's included in the free trial?
The Free Trial includes 30 days of 24/7 monitoring, alerting, windows updates, antivirus, and 10% discount off our regular rates on all labor.

What's being monitored?
  • Checks to see if an antivirus program is installed and enabled
  • Checks for any recent "Blue Screens of Death"
  • Checks the available hard drive capacity
  • Checks for any recent application crashes
  • Checks for errors in Device Manager
  • Checks to see if your hard drive needs to be defragmented
  • Checks your hard drive health
  • Checks to see if your firewall is enabled

Is this really free?
Yes. This is really free and you can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time. The only thing not included is the cost of any labor or service calls. While a valid credit card is required to sign up for the trial, we will not charge you for any service without your knowledge and consent at the time of service. We don't like hidden fees, and neither should you!

What happens after 30 days?
After 30 days you will have the option of switching over to a paid plan, or leave the software installed to continue to be notified of problems, but it will be up to you to contact us for support instead of us making the first contact to initiate the repair.

How do I get started?
Simply click the button below to download and run the software. It will ask you for your name and contact information. Once it's installed, sit back and relax, we'll take it from here! If we see anything amiss, you'll see a window pop up with our logo on it alerting you to what the problem is and asking if you'd like to request service. That's it!
Download and run the Windows version from here.

But wait! I have an Apple Computer like a MacBook! What about us Mac users?
For the Mac users, we have a little more setup to do before you can download the software. Simply email us at support@baseline-systems.com with your name, email address, and phone number and we'll get you setup ASAP. Turnaround time is usually within a couple of hours during business hours.
