Cabrillo Coastal, an insurance company, outgrew the abilities of their current IT support provider and wanted more expertise on hand as well as detailed daily reports of their servers’ health.
Due to the security of their network, a requirement placed on Baseline Systems was that no data was to be transferred to any 3rd party. This meant our remote monitoring and management tool that was hosted in the cloud would not be able to be used.
After performing a complete audit of their systems and expected workload, we purchased a new remote monitoring and management tool and currently host it in our own datacenter to be in compliance with their security restrictions.
The client gets detailed reports every day on their systems’ health from a management tool hosted securely in our own datacenter. The client is pleased with our technical knowledge when we are tasked with resolving any issues.
