Jannette’s Monogram, a small business in Pensacola, needed a company to support their proprietary computerized embroidery machines.

The company was utilizing very old computerized embroidery machines for which there were no active support channels available. The machines ran excellently when there were no computer problems and the owner wanted to get the longest life possible out of the machines.

The Result

Jannette’s Monogram has their systems under complete management with support just a phone call away. Our technicians have initiated remote control sessions to fix problems in less time than it would have taken a local technician to arrive after being called.
